Hacienda De Castilla Hotel Cancun, Cancun

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, although a bit far from downtown Cancun. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good food choices but some language barriers. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean with cable TV, but there was a musty smell because they hadn't been used or cleaned recently. The service was overall great, with very friendly staff who even provided cold water bottles when we headed out to the beach. The location, just off the main boulevard in Tulum, was convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The dining experience was a bit lacking as the options were limited.
