Hacienda De Castilla, Cancun

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, although a bit far from downtown Cancun. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good food choices but some language barriers. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

The service was overall great, with very friendly staff who even provided cold water bottles when we headed out to the beach.
